Major Trauma event by Edge Expeditions

Gary met up with Edge Expeditions at an Overland event in 2017. Turns out they have a base in Bristol and planned to run a one day Major Trauma event in locally on the 3rd of February. We signed up as this taylored training which was exactly what we were after and as it was in our home town it seemed rude not to!

The Event was based in a city centre location and was easy to get to. Edge have teamed up with CRUX Medical to give a thoroughly professional day that starts of with some hard hitting presentations that certainly gets your attention.

In my view If your going to be in a remote location this basic training could certainly save lives!

The course mixes presentations with fast paced practical’s to put you under time pressure, you get to understand and handle the basic tools that will save lifes before the professionals arrive. You simulate incidents putting your basic knowledge into practice.

In a line informative, fun and could save lives!
