We have met and been dealing with many companies, organisations and people during our travels, big and small.
Here are some of the stand out folks that deserve a mention and have our recommendation…..
AMS motorcycles in Tewksbury, an excellent KTM/Husqvarna dealer on the outskirts of town, we chose AMS as these guys really know their stuff, they look after their customers and have a knowable and skillful team of mechanics. In addition AMS “got” what we were doing, assisted us with our planning, connected us with Husqvarna UK and Moscow for letters of introduction in Russia. AMS were also there for us when we needed technical advice during out trip and shipped parts out to Vladivostok. Worth travelling to meet Mark and James if you are planning a trip and want an excellent dealer behind you. Click here for their website
J&S have stores across the UK and have a massive selection of motorcycle clothing, why go to a store when you can buy everything online I hear you ask? Well for excellent advice, to compare products side buy side and make sure you get right size. In essence a one stop shop, the even supplied us with custom Rotapax fuel tanks and RAM mounts.
A few items had warranty issue (unsurprising when you cover 22,000 miles and wear the stuff every day) in these situations J&S showed what excellent customer service looks like……nice one guys

I first saw the Enduristan luggage at Horizons Unlimited in the UK. I had already decided on soft luggage because of the weight savings and flexibility when in rough terrain. The Enduristan luggage looked the part is well designed with lots of thoughtful features, we made the decision and everything came from Enduristan, panniers roll bags, tank bags, tool rolls, this turned out to be a good choice, I can tell you based on 22,000 miles of daily off road use over 7 months this luggage is incredibly tough, fits well and is completely waterproof, in addition the after sales service from Enduristan is excellent.
